The Board is responsible for the governance of the co-op, which includes oversight of the Governance Support Services, Property Management Support Services and Growth and Development Support Services contracts. The Board will ensure that the assets (buildings) are well-maintained, necessary capital repairs are completed, and long-term growth and sustainability goals are set and met.

The service providers collaborate directly with vendors – such as contractors and consultants – on behalf of the co-op.
