In early August, members of the Island Unity team, including property management staff and Board members, visited Harold Court and had the opportunity to meet a number of residents. These conversations provided a valuable opportunity to introduce Island Unity and begin building relationships within the community.
During the visit, residents received a Co-op Living Handbook, providing information about co-operative housing principles and what they can expect as members of the Island Unity community. We look forward to continuing our engagement efforts in the months ahead and working closely with residents as they settle into their new co-operative housing model.
The acquisition of Harold Court represents another important step in Island Unity’s growth and commitment to creating stable, sustainable housing communities across Prince Edward Island. We are excited about the future of Harold Court and look forward to supporting residents while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.
