An education agreement was approved at the last board meeting. This will support future learning opportunities and clearly lay out expectations for participants.
Members also attended the CHF Canada Annual General Meeting and conference in Fredericton NB, bringing back new ideas and knowledge to support the co-op.
Participation gave members a chance to learn from other co-ops, connect with the broader co-op housing sector, and bring back practical ideas to support Island Unity’s growth and governance.
